The FECUN International Conference Series
FECUN organizes each 1-2 year an international conference (The FECUN International Conference Series).
The theme of a conference is suggested by a local conference committe, is connected to the idea, which FECUN builds upon, and will be of global interest. The conference places will shift between the Global North and South and move along the East-West axis. The local conference committee arranges the conference in collaboration with the FECUN secretariat.
The format for the conferences is hybrid (on-location and virtual); if it is not possible to have the physical part of a conference (for example, due to a pandemic), the whole conference will be held virtually.
The conferenceformat is constructed to ensure global and local perspectives, representation, and participation, and at the same time, secure social, economic, and environmental sustainability of the conferences as far as is reasonably possible
